Affinity Engineering & Works (AEW) supports Independent Power Producers, developers, owners and engineering organisations across the hydropower project life cycle. Founded and led by experienced technocrats, AEW combines civil, hydro-mechanical, electro-mechanical and plant-operation capability under one roof.

The team brings practical site experience to feasibility studies, Detailed Project Reports, statutory coordination, contractor selection, construction monitoring, commissioning and long-term operation and maintenance.

AEW acts as an Owner's Engineer and as the technical interface between project developers, contractors, equipment suppliers, statutory authorities and local stakeholders — improving design coordination, workmanship, compliance, schedule control and operational reliability.
